One of the most interesting things about ID cards is the way that people react to them. A smart card with a photo image of the wearer that has the name and logo of the company or group that they represent gives the wearer an automatic level of acceptability that they would not have without it.

Instead of being seen as an individual, the card identifies them as part of the institution and that is how they are treated. This is essential when they have to work in a person’s own home.
