Shipping Your Order
Your new card products delivered. When you need them!
We work with our couriers to offer a variety of different options to get you your goods when you need them. Our standard service is a tracked next business day delivery. For an additional surcharge, we can also offer time deliveries for pre 9am, pre 10am and pre noon. We can even sometimes offer a same day delivery service for really urgent orders. Please call us to discuss your requirements and we'll arrange the service that you need.
Tracking My Order
You can request the tracking number for your order. Go to http://www.fedex.com/gb/ to follow its progress.
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Policy
If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us to discuss it. We'll also need you to confirm what you want in writing to orders@idmanagement.com. The same applies if you have any problems with your order and want to return them for any reasons.
All printers and similar equipment are tested thoroughly before we send them out, but very rarely there may be a problem. Please let us know if this happens and we will do our best to make sure you get what you need.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by their original manufacturer's warranty. We also offer additional warranties with many products. At our discretion we will also repair or replace any product that is found to be defective within thirty days of purchase. After that time the manufacturer's own warranty process must be followed unless a separate agreement has been entered into with us.
In the event of a return, goods must be sent back complete with all original packaging and all manuals, discs, cables or other items that were included in the sale. You should also include a copy of the original sales invoice.
Please call us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Once you have received it, please clearly mark it on the shipping label and on the copy of the invoice that you include. Please record the RMA number and quote it when discussing your order. All calls regarding RMAs should be within normal business hours (9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Unauthorised or incomplete orders will be refused and returned to you.
All goods returned as faulty will be subjected to quality and performance tests. Non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15%). Please note, defective returns doesn't include items found by you to be incompatible. Shipping costs are not refundable.
