PLATINUM COVER

Our 5 star Platinum cover delivers: 24 hour telephone support, 24 hour on-site support (UK only), prioritized unlimited support, dedicated support manager, 24 hour Hot Swap loaner service for issues that can´t be resolved over the phone. All parts & labour costs (excluding the printhead).

GOLD COVER

Our 5 star Gold cover delivers: 24 hour telephone support, unlimited support access, 24 hour Hot Swap loaner service on faults that can´t be resolved over the phone. All labour costs (excluding printhead).

SILVER COVER

Our 5 star Silver cover delivers: 24 hour telephone support, 24 hour Hot Swap loaner service on issues that can’t be resolved over the phone.

ON-SITE ENGINEER

Most card system packages from ID Management come with FREE installation, which is unlike many of our competitors. We consider this an important factor to ensure your system is setup to your requirements. We can also relocate your equipment, train new users, create databases, configure or assist with database linking and connecting. This service is offered to the UK, Europe & the Middle East.

Hot Swap Support

Having a Hot Swap loaner support contract allows you to keep printing even when there’s a problem with your existing printer. Not having this support can lead to serious disruptions to your business. Some manufacturer’s can take up to 6 weeks to complete warranty repairs.

ID Management Systems offer a replacement Hot Swap loaner printer to cover the period that your existing printer is being repaired, Next day. The cost of an annual contract is as little as 50p per day, just £190.00 per annum!

The Price includes free unlimited telephone support provided by our trained technicians & the next day delivery of a temporary replacement plastic card printer to enable you to continue your plastic card printing.
