Vizito is a tablet-based visitor management system which can be installed in your reception to manage the people visiting your site.
Whether your visitor is expected or not, the sign in process is simple. Registered visitors need only enter their name into the form to bring up all their information and once confirmed in just a few clicks, they are signed in. Unexpected guests will be asked to fill out a few preselected questions to determine their details and who they are there to see. The software is also able to take a photo of your guest for printing on ID cards.

In the event of an emergency, Vizito will also generate reports of everyone who is currently in the building, allowing you to check that everyone is safe, the software can also be set up to email or text visitors and staff to notify them directly of any issues.

Pre-register your visitors, setting their expected arrival times and filling out all of their information and Vizito will keep track of everything else. When your guest arrives you’ll get a notification either by email or text; giving you the chance to put the kettle on and go and greet your guest.
