As a registered and authorised service centre for card printers, our Technical Team are amongst the most experienced and knowledgeable support personnel in the world. After 25 years of experience, there is nothing we do not know about card software, printers or technology cards.

Telephone support is available free of charge for the first two weeks after receiving your new printer. Where possible, we will resolve problems remotely, either by guiding you through what to do on the phone, or through connecting remotely to your system.

Any issues that cannot be resolved remotely may require the return of your printer for inspection.

Regular servicing is essential if you want to maintain the longevity of your printer, so always use genuine manufacturers’ accessories, such as cleaning cards or pens, as per the required schedule. This will ensure that you comply with the terms of any warranty and reduce the chance of repairs being needed.

However, there is always a chance that you will need additional help to make sure your ID card printer work properly.

For ongoing maintenance and support, our range of support options offer many benefits. We are pleased to offer IDM Silver, IDM Gold and IDM Platinum Cover and we will be happy to advise you on which levels of support will best suit your organisation.

The highest level of support is provided by our IDM Platinum Cover.

Should you opt for this, you will be assigned a dedicated support manager, who will be contactable 24 hours a day, for telephone or on site support.

With this cover, if your printer requires return to us for a physical inspection, we will provide you with a loaner printer, allowing you to keep printing even when there’s a problem with your existing printer.

Without this support, you may experience serious disruptions to your business, as some manufacturers can take up to six weeks to complete warranty repairs. This contract includes unlimited telephone support from our highly trained technicians, next day delivery of your replacement printer and the reassurance that all parts and labour costs are covered in the price.
