Card designs are created in a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) builder ensuring that you have a 1:1 transition from design to print. In BadgeMaker Design you are able to create a library of designs, editing and adapting your design to best fit your organisation's branding.
Inputting information into your card works in a similar way to a mail merge. You create dynamic fields which will automatically be replaced by your cardholders' details. BadgeMaker supports a wide range of other elements such as backgrounds, dynamic fields, shapes and images.
Any updates to existing card designs are automatically presented as updates to your BadgeMaker Identity project.
Data management & card Production
BadgeMaker’s Identity module focuses on data management and effective ID card production. Card holder data can easily be imported from Excel or CSV files or from existing BadgeMaker (‘Classic’) projects. You can also enter or modify records manually. Powerful search tools enable quick and neat record selection for further personalization. BadgeMaker offers clever card printing no matter the choice of dye sublimation or retransfer card printer brand.

Make sure your ID card production is efficient and fits all your needs using BadgeMaker software. When you do need extra functionality, BadgeMaker grows with your organisation offering advanced add-ons.
With the Connect add-on you add the possibility to connect to multiple databases that are ODBC compliant and makes it possible to combine data sources in BadgeMaker. A data binding tool will allow you to match table fields from the data source to the data destiny table.
The Encode add-on adds the possibility to use the data from a BadgeMaker Identity project and encode it to your card. We keep all types of encoding and the data that needs to be added (MAG-stripe, Smart chip, Contactless) in mind when creating an encoded card, this starts with the design of the cards in BadgeMaker Design.
The Share add-on makes it possible to share BadgeMaker Identity projects on multiple systems. User will be able to work simultaneously and at different locations on one project. Users will authenticate with a username and password to make working with the share plugin secure.
