UK Mainland orders of £100 or more qualify for free standard delivery. UK Offshore (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man), Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore and Northern Ireland do not qualify.

  • All deliveries within the UK require a signature upon the delivery of any orders.

    Standard Delivery

    We always aim to ship at the earliest opportunity, but our standard delivery is 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to UK mainland.

  • Custom orders can take longer as proof will need to be signed, as well as production times will need to be taken in to account for these.
  • There are some products that we do not stock in house which means these deliveries can take longer. We will usually update you with a lead time if this is the case.
    During busy periods your order may experience delays in dispatch. Please call or use our live chat feature to confirm delivery times.
    Deliveries to more remote parts of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Offshire, Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland/Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Alderney, Herm and Sark will be an additional cost which will be updated during the checkout process. These orders will also be subject to a longer delivery timeframe.

    Tracking My Order

    You will be provided with the tracking number for your order.
    To track the progress of your order, visit APC Overnight (for UK orders) and type in your tracking number to follow its progress.


    Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Policy


    To make changes, arrange a return or cancel your order, please call us on 0800 408 1471 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We'll also need you to confirm your request via email to [email protected].

    All printers and similar equipment are vigorously tested before dispatch, however on the rare occasion you experience a problem with your item please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

    Unless otherwise stated, all products come with manufacturer's warranty. We also offer further warranties with many products for your peace of mind. At our discretion, we will also repair or replace any defective product within 30 days of purchase. After that time, the original manufacturer's warranty will apply unless you have entered into a separate agreement with us. In addition, it is your responsibility to exercise your right to withdraw from a distance contract or off-the-premises contract (including internet sales) without question and at no additional cost (except supplementary costs). This means that you have 30 calendar days to return damaged or faulty goods, and 14 calendar days to return unwanted goods.

    In the event of a return, goods must be sent back complete with all original packaging and all manuals, discs, cables or other items that were included in the sale. You should also include a copy of the original sales invoice.

    Please call us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Once you have received it, please clearly mark it on the shipping label and on the copy of the invoice that you include. Please record the RMA number and quote it when discussing your order. All calls regarding RMAs should be within normal business hours (9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Unauthorised or incomplete returns will be refused and returned to you.

    All goods returned as faulty will be subjected to quality and performance tests. Non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15%). Please note, defective returns do not include items found by you to be incompatible. Shipping costs are not refundable.
