We have been using the SP35 printers for enrollment bought from a London company. We decided to purchase from ID Management Systems after having they recommended them from another college. They took are SP35's back in part exchange and we ended up with 7 new Datacard SD360's. All working great and had a support contract for replacement if we ran into problems.
