Having a Hot Swap loaner support contract allows you to keep printing even when there’s a problem with your existing printer. Not having this support can lead to serious disruptions to your business. Some manufacturer’s can take up to 6 weeks to complete warranty repairs.

ID Management Systems offer a replacement Hot Swap loaner printer to cover the period that your existing printer is being repaired, Next day. The cost of an annual contract is as little as 25p per day, just £95 per annum!

We reserve the right to charge an inspection fee on any printer we place under support that was not originally purchased from ID Management Systems, or has been under support previously but has expired. The inspection fee is £75.00 + VAT for a Dye Sublimation printer and £165.00 + VAT for Retransfer printer.
