As much as we would love to beat every low price, there are some terms and conditions that we have to apply:

  • The competitor must be selling exactly the same product.
  • The product(s) must be in stock with our competitor's site we are beating.
  • The delivery time frame must be the same as ours.
  • Any competitor's delivery charges will be factored into our offer.
  • We require a copy of the quote from the competitor to ensure its validity before beating the price.
  • The lower price must not be dependant on purchasing other services or products.
  • The offer must be on a UK and a non auction website
  • The offer must not be in conjunction with a competitor's promotion, e.g. a buy one get one free deal, a discount given by using the competitor's voucher.
  • We will try to beat our competitor's price, but we will only consider this if the competitive quote meets the above conditions; the final acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of ID Management Systems.
